Delivery Service

We are pleased to offer reliable and efficient shipping services through DPD, ensuring your order reaches you in a timely manner.

Processing Time

We currently despatch orders on a Tuesday so the processing time will depend on when you placed your order. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

DPD provides fast and convenient delivery options across the UK. Delivery times will usually be 24 hours after your order has been despatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your delivery using the DPD tracking tool.

Delivery Attempts

DPD will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the specified address. If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, DPD may leave a calling card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order.  The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the majority of mainland UK. We do not currently ship internationally.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at enquiries@adamspasties.co.uk. We will work with DPD to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory outcome.
