1. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our selection of mouth-watering pasties and add your desired items to your cart. Once you have finished selecting your pasties, proceed to the checkout page where you can review your order and provide your delivery or collection details. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

2. What are the delivery options?

We offer delivery direct to your doorstep. For delivery, we currently offer standard shipping within the majority of mainland UK. The delivery fee is a set fee, shown  at checkout irrespective of your location. 

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders are currently despatched every Tuesday and delivered next day by DPD to your door. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. The speed of your delivery will depend on the day you place your order. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by using the tracking information provided in the confirmation email. Simply click on the tracking link or visit our website and enter your order details in the designated tracking section.

5. What is your return policy?

We take pride in the quality of our pasties and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving any issues and arranging for a replacement or refund if necessary.

6. Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. This includes changes to the items, delivery address, or collection method. We recommend double-checking your order details before completing the checkout process to ensure accuracy.

7. Do you offer vegan or gluten-free options?

Currently, we do not offer vegan or gluten free options.

8. How should I store the pasties?

Once you receive your order, remove the pasties from the box and place them in your freezer.  Cooking instructions are supplied with each pasty and they are also available here.

9. Can I place a bulk order for events or special occasions?

Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate bulk orders for events, special occasions, or corporate gatherings. Please contact our customer support with your specific requirements, and we will assist you in placing a customized order.
