Our Ingredients



  • All of our ingredients are sourced from local Cornish producers. Beef skirt is from our traditional family butchers shop, the potatoes, swede and onion are all from local growers, mixed with a little salt & pepper they're all wrapped up in a shortcrust pastry made by myself and hand crimped the traditional Cornish way.

Our Story



  • I'm the third generation of butchers in our family. Having been taught how to make a pasty by my dad who was taught by his dad, we've been making pasties our way using our family recipe in the family butcher shop in Lostwithiel, Cornwall for a long time!
